Focusing on community involvement and development, the project aims to explore the opportunity to give back based on the needs of its local community. Through primary & secondary research, brainstorming, assumption testing and prototyping, we proposed the solutions for City of Saints to bridge the relationship with its community through the CSR campaign.

My role in this project played as a contact point who takes charge in communicating with the vendor to arrange the interviews and workshops. Moreover, I conducted the field trips and interviews, collected all the data we need during the process, and finalized our project report editing as well.
